This reception hall is a large complex at the heart of Stolipinovo, on Elba Street, near the Old Market. Equipped with all amenities, it is mainly rented for weddings, christenings, and engagement parties. In translation, its name means “a wonderful reception hall” – muhteşem salon. There are no less than 4 such reception halls in the neighbourhood. More than 20 years ago, there was an outdoor cinema there, used for screenings, concerts, as well as music and dance competitions. Although not accessible to the general public, this hall is a cultural stage for the neighbourhood due to the recognition it is given by local residents and the intentions of its owners.
