This is a vast, uncultivated area in the northern part of the neighbourhood. The market in Stolipinovo is close to it. It borders on a residential complex of small one-storey houses known as Shumen. The venue needs cleaning. There is no access to electricity. It is possible to build a stage and organise large-scale events. The locals often use it for weddings, christenings, or engagement parties. It used to be the gathering spot for people with horses and carts. It is also used for political meetings.
