A playground with a gazebo and a small park area is located along Macedonia Street, next to a bus stop. The space is lively and communicative but also peaceful, it is amidst blocks of flats, a meeting place for young people, the elderly and parents with children. Two of the adjacent streets, in the direction of the Saturday Market, are Shtip Street and Gorno Brodi Street. The playground and the streets shape up a crossroads of sorts, where the once popular “Bad Caf” (currently shut down) used to be. Further down, in the quiet streets, one can see the interesting contrast between the past and the present. Small beautiful houses are reminiscent of times gone by. There are a number of newly built multi-storey houses next to them and together they shape up the neighbourhood. The space is suitable for local events, quiet gatherings and outdoor activities such as street markets, art displays and workshops.
